NEET UG 2026: NTA Releases OMR Sheets, Candidates Can Download and Challenge Before 15 July

Scan of OMR sheets and recorded responses now available for NEET UG 2026 re-exam candidates

Millions of candidates eagerly awaiting NEET UG 2026 re-exam results can now access their scanned OMR sheets. NTA released these sheets alongside recorded responses on 13 July. Students can visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in, login with application number and password, complete OTP verification, and view their OMR sheets and recorded responses. This allows them to compare their responses with the expected answers and estimate potential scores before the final result.

Online objection facility open until 15 July

Candidates noticing discrepancies in their OMR sheets can file online objections until 15 July. For each challenged question, candidates must pay a fee of ₹200, which will be refunded if the objection proves correct. NTA ensures only recorded OMR responses are eligible for challenges; provisional answer key objections are no longer accepted.

How to download OMR sheets and submit objections

First, candidates must click the “Display of Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Response” link on NTA’s website. Next, they should log in with their credentials and verify the OTP. Afterward, the “View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses” option appears. Candidates should check each recorded response carefully. If any answer seems incorrect, they can select the question, mark the correct option, pay ₹200 per question, and submit the challenge. Finally, they must download the receipt for future reference.

Expected result release around 20 July

After reviewing all objections, NTA will issue the final answer key. Consequently, NEET UG 2026 re-exam results may be announced around 20 July. Admission and counseling will follow strictly based on this final official result.
