Twisha Sharma Case: CBI Charge Sheet Reveals Emotional Final Message Before Death

The 636-page CBI charge sheet names husband Samarth Singh and mother-in-law Giribala Singh as accused in the Bhopal death case.

The CBI has filed a charge sheet in the Twisha Sharma death case from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The document has revealed several details after the investigation. The 636-page charge sheet names Twisha’s husband Samarth Singh and mother-in-law Giribala Singh as accused. The agency has alleged dowry demands and abetment to suicide against them. Meanwhile, an emotional message sent by Twisha to her sister-in-law has also emerged.

Twisha’s Last Message Before Her Death

Before her death, Twisha sent a final message to her sister-in-law. She wrote that her husband should take the remaining belongings of his wife. She also asked others to let her die peacefully at that moment. The message became a disturbing digital goodbye from Twisha Sharma.

According to the investigation, Twisha allegedly took her life minutes after sending the message. Authorities stated that she used a gymnastics rope for the act. The CBI highlighted this message in its charge sheet as an important part of the investigation.

The agency stated that Twisha sent the message at 9:36 PM on May 12. Investigators considered this communication a major focus during the probe. According to the CBI, the message indicated the severe mental harassment that Twisha allegedly faced. The agency linked those circumstances with the allegations against her husband and mother-in-law.

CBI Collects Forensic Details From Phones and CCTV

The agency continues gathering complete forensic information from Twisha and Samarth’s phones. Additionally, the CBI awaits the DVR footage from CCTV cameras installed at Giribala Singh’s Bhopal residence.

Investigators believe those CCTV recordings may contain details from May 12. The footage could show events surrounding the incident when Twisha allegedly used a gymnastics rope and died.

Twisha’s family had earlier raised objections against the first postmortem report. They alleged that Giribala Singh’s influence caused manipulation of facts before the examination. Following their objections, an AIIMS Delhi team visited Bhopal for another postmortem.

The second postmortem report also indicated suicide. The CBI continues its investigation while examining available digital and forensic evidence.
