Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party MP Afzal Ansari reacted to Kangana’s statement. He criticised her remarks and questioned her words after entering Parliament.
Afzal Ansari Questions Kangana’s Parliament Remarks
Afzal Ansari said he did not want to comment about “that goddess”. He added that other members would answer her unusual statements.
The SP leader also referred to her earlier remarks about India’s independence. He said people have already judged her views and intentions.
Furthermore, Ansari said statements from a Parliament member influence public opinion. He added that such comments make people feel embarrassed.
SP Leader Raises Questions Over Paper Leak Bill
Talking about the paper leak bill, Afzal Ansari said laws already existed earlier. However, he claimed violations increased after the NDA came to power. He said paper leaks happened earlier too, but authorities took action during those situations. According to him, rules now face open violations.
Moreover, Ansari mentioned that some paper leak cases have remained pending for 20 years. He questioned the announcement of fast-track courts.
He also highlighted the proposed punishment increase. The bill suggests raising penalties to 10 years imprisonment and a ₹10 crore fine.
What Did Kangana Ranaut Say?
Kangana Ranaut commented on Gen-Z protesters during the Jantar Mantar demonstration. She described participating women as influenced by western ideas. She said independent women follow different paths and make rebellious choices. According to Kangana, such women manage responsibilities without depending on families.
