Raghav Chadha Breaks Silence on Removal from Deputy Leader Position: Claims His Silence Isn’t Defeat

Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha speaks out about being removed from Deputy Leader position, emphasizes his commitment to public issues.

Raghav Chadha, an AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP, recently addressed his removal as Deputy Leader of the Rajya Sabha. He openly questioned the decision, calling it an attempt to suppress his voice.

Whenever Chadha had the opportunity to speak, he consistently raised issues important to the common man. He wondered, “Is it wrong to raise public concerns? Did I commit an offense? Have I made a mistake?” These were his questions in light of the move to prevent him from speaking in Parliament.

Why Suppress His Voice?

Chadha pointed out that AAP had instructed the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to prevent him from speaking. He immediately questioned why anyone would want to stop him from addressing vital public issues. Among the concerns he raised were overpriced food at airports, the struggles of Zomato and Blinkit delivery riders, food adulteration, toll plaza charges, and the heavy tax burden on the middle class.

Additionally, Chadha spoke about problems like telecom companies requiring frequent recharges, issues with data rollover, and income loss after recharging. He asked, “Why stop me from discussing these problems that affect everyone?”

Public Benefit: Has the Party Acknowledged It?

Chadha emphasized that his efforts brought real benefits to the public. However, he noted that his party seemed to ignore his contributions. “Although my actions have helped the public, the party chose to ignore these efforts,” he explained. Again, he asked, “Why silence my voice?”

He thanked his supporters for their continuous encouragement and trust. “I am with you, and I stand by you. Please stay by my side,” he urged.

Chadha’s Unwavering Determination

Chadha responded firmly to those who sought to silence him. “Do not mistake my silence for defeat. I am like a river. When the time comes, I will flood,” he declared. His words conveyed an unshakable resolve, symbolizing his commitment to fighting for the issues that matter most to the public.

In conclusion, Chadha’s statement serves as a bold declaration against efforts to silence voices advocating for the public. His message is clear: his silence is only temporary, and he remains steadfast in his mission.
