The Supreme Court bench will include Chief Justice Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, and Justice V Mohana. The three petitions were filed by advocate Narendra Kumar Goswami, advocate Ajay Kumar Rai, and RJD MP Sudhakar Singh.
