“India, Here I Come: Abhijit Deepke Returns from U.S. to Lead Massive Protest”

CJP Founder Abhijit Deepke leaves America to mobilize supporters for June 6 demonstration in Delhi amid NEET controversies.

Abhijit Deepke, founder of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), has left the United States to participate in Delhi’s protest. He will arrive on Saturday, June 6, and gather supporters for a large-scale demonstration. Currently, Delhi Police approval for this protest has not been obtained.

Announcement via Social Media

Deepke posted on social media that he is leaving for India, entrusting his future to the Constitution. He wrote, “I have departed for India and leave my future in the hands of the Constitution. Jai Bhim.” This post went live on June 5, although details regarding his flight and arrival time remain undisclosed.

Planned Protest Route

Upon landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Deepke will first visit Parliament Street Police Station to request permission for the protest at Jantar Mantar. He has instructed party members and registered supporters to participate actively.

Scale of Support

In an interview, Deepke highlighted that thousands of supporters are expected to attend. He added that the party now has over 1.1 million registered members. Coordination with members through the CJP website confirms their intent to join the demonstration.

Focus of Protest

The protest aims to pressure Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign. Participants intend to highlight alleged irregularities in the NEET paper leak and CBSE examination results.

Origin of Party Name

The CJP name originated from a remark by Chief Justice of India, Suryakant, comparing certain unemployed youths to cockroaches. Inspired by this, the party adopted the handle “Cockroach Janata Party” on social media. Within four days, the handle gained more followers than BJP and Congress social accounts.
