Apple Launches New Mac Mini And Mac Studio India

Apple has launched new Mac Mini and Mac Studio models in India before the September iPhone 18 launch. The new lineup brings M6, M5 Pro, M5 Max, and M5 Ultra chips. Apple says these devices target AI development, video editing, game development, and professional workflows. The new Mac Mini starts at ₹99,900, while Mac Studio begins at ₹2,79,900.

Mac Mini And Mac Studio Prices In India

The new Mac Mini arrives with M6 and M5 Pro chip options. The M6 model starts at ₹99,900, while education pricing begins at ₹88,990. Meanwhile, the M5 Pro Mac Mini costs ₹2,09,900, with its education variant priced at ₹1,97,900.

Additionally, the M5 Max Mac Studio starts at ₹2,79,900. The M5 Ultra Mac Studio carries a starting price of ₹6,29,900.

M6 Chip Brings Faster AI And Better Performance

According to Apple, the M6 chip delivers up to four times faster AI performance than the previous generation. The company also claims two times faster graphics and storage performance.

Furthermore, Apple says CPU performance improves by up to 40 percent. The M6 becomes Apple’s first 2nm chip with a 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine.

The chip offers up to 170GB per second unified memory bandwidth. It focuses on advanced computing tasks requiring stronger performance.

Mac Mini Features Include New Connectivity Options

The Mac Mini comes with M6 and M5 Pro configurations. The M6 variant includes a 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and dual 16-core Neural Engine.

Moreover, the device supports up to 32GB unified memory and up to 1TB storage. The M5 Pro model offers up to 64GB memory.

The Mac Mini supports AI development, video editing, gaming development, and other demanding workloads. It includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and 2.5GB Ethernet.

Users can also choose a 10GB Ethernet option. The device includes Thunderbolt ports, USB-C, HDMI, Ethernet, and a headphone jack. The M5 Pro model gets three Thunderbolt 5 ports.

Mac Studio Targets High-Performance Professional Users

Apple designed Mac Studio for professional users needing higher computing power. The device comes with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chip options.

The M5 Max model features an 18-core CPU, up to 40-core GPU, and up to 128GB unified memory. It offers memory bandwidth up to 614GB per second.

Meanwhile, the M5 Ultra becomes the most powerful Mac Studio option. It includes a 36-core CPU, up to 80-core GPU, and 1.2TB per second unified memory bandwidth.

Apple uses a quad-die architecture in M5 Ultra for the first time in Apple Silicon. The company says this model delivers up to 4.3 times faster AI performance.

Apple Highlights AI And Creative Performance

Apple claims the new Mac Studio improves storage performance by two times. It also delivers up to 1.8 times faster graphics and 1.3 times better CPU performance.

Therefore, Apple positions the Mac Studio lineup for AI work, video production, software development, and other high-performance tasks.
