Television industry received a disturbing shock after actress Sanchita Ugale died by suicide. Authorities confirmed she was 30 years old at the time of death. She lived in Nalasopara area near Mumbai under Achole police station jurisdiction.
The incident reportedly occurred between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

Details of the Tragic Incident
Police stated she lived with parents and a younger sister in the same house. At the time of the incident, she remained alone inside the residence. Investigators confirmed she used a saree to hang herself.
Officials further reported that no suicide note was recovered from the location.
Discovery and Emergency Response
According to information, her sister Anjali had stepped out around 5:30 PM. During that time, no other family member stayed at home.
Later, the incident came to light inside the bedroom using a ceiling fan. Family members and locals rushed her to a municipal hospital immediately.
Doctors at the hospital declared her dead after medical examination.
Acting Career and Public Recognition
Sanchita Ugale earned recognition across television and film industries. She acted in “Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi” portraying the role of Sukoon. Additionally, she appeared in the film “Chhaava” as Tarabai.
Her television work included “Kumkum Bhagya” and “Wagle Ki Duniya.” These roles helped her gain strong audience recognition over time.
Investigation and Police Action
Currently, the exact reason behind the suicide remains unclear. Police continue investigating all possible angles related to the case. Initial findings confirm no suicide note surfaced during examination.
Achole police registered an Accidental Death Report under BNS Section 194.
Officials also began questioning relatives and close contacts for clarity.
