Monalisa’s Marriage Sparks Public Controversy
Mahakumbh viral personality Monalisa married her Muslim boyfriend Farman in Kerala on Wednesday. First the couple completed a court marriage ceremony. Afterwards both exchanged garlands following Hindu rituals. Since that moment the wedding created widespread controversy. Many people expressed surprise regarding the sudden marriage. However filmmaker Sanoj Mishra reacted with particular shock. He had planned launching Monalisa through his upcoming film. Consequently the unexpected marriage affected him strongly.
Director Previously Criticised The Decision
Earlier Sanoj Mishra posted messages on social media regarding the incident. He described the decision not as rebellion but as love jihad. Additionally he alleged that Monalisa’s manager arranged a deal involving her. Meanwhile he recently shared another video containing new claims. In that video he revealed that individuals threatened his life.
Director Claims Death Threats On Social Media
Sanoj Mishra uploaded a video on his Instagram account explaining the situation. In the message he stated that threats demand his beheading. Furthermore he wrote that PFI allegedly created a trap in Kerala which resulted in Monalisa’s love jihad.
Filmmaker Says People Want His Voice Silenced
Later the director shared another video describing his emotional state. In the clip he addressed viewers with a heavy heart. He explained that news regarding Monalisa’s marriage spread widely since the previous afternoon.
Consequently numerous people called him seeking explanations. Many individuals asked how the sudden development occurred. Meanwhile he said people with extremist thinking celebrated the marriage. They congratulated each other regarding the situation. However other individuals threatened him and demanded silence. According to Mishra those people warned him to stop speaking publicly.
Director Explains His Earlier Film Plans
Sanoj Mishra explained that silence would contradict his work. Therefore he mentioned his film about religious conversion titled The Diary Of Manipur. He had selected Monalisa as the heroine for that project. He said he firmly supported his earlier decision to bring her into cinema. However he also claimed that people opposing the film created a plan. According to him those individuals arranged his arrest earlier.
Nevertheless he said the case proved false and he expected release quickly. After leaving jail he continued working on the film. He stated that partners and investors abandoned the project during the crisis. Consequently he borrowed significant money to continue production. He added that Monalisa knew these financial difficulties. He warned that even minor damage to the project could destroy his life.

Director Calls Incident A Planned Conspiracy
Sanoj Mishra further described the marriage as a conspiracy. He said the incident created a strange atmosphere across the country. According to his information the event followed a pre-planned strategy. He claimed neither family members nor he knew about any relationship. He insisted that nobody informed them about marriage plans or scandal. According to him the strategy aimed to defame Sanatan Dharma. He also argued that critics wanted to distort the image of a Mahakumbh girl associated with Sanatan identity.
Furthermore he said such actions could influence other girls. He described Monalisa as innocent and unfamiliar with worldly manipulation. He suggested people claiming love might hold different intentions. He alleged the real objective involved declaring Mahakumbh unsuccessful and stopping his film. According to Mishra he consistently raised his voice against religious conversion.
Director Questions Why Love Happened In Kerala
Sanoj Mishra also questioned circumstances surrounding the marriage. He asked why nobody noticed the relationship earlier. He wondered why Monalisa’s family never sensed the matter. He asked why love did not develop within her own Banjara community. He questioned why affection never appeared in places where she lived earlier.
He mentioned locations including Ujjain, Indore, and Mumbai. However he emphasised that the relationship occurred in Kerala. He described Kerala as a centre of terrorists and leftists. According to him certain agendas target Sanatan girls who gain recognition. He claimed those agendas attempt to convert them to Islam. He argued that influencing Monalisa proved easy due to her innocence. He also described her family members as simple people.
Film Future Now In Danger
Sanoj Mishra further stated that leftist groups in Kerala allegedly brainwashed Monalisa. According to him that process pushed her toward the current situation. Consequently he believes the future of his film now faces danger. He explained that negative publicity increased dramatically. Therefore the incident shattered his dreams connected with the project.
He also expressed regret about choosing Monalisa earlier. He said that decision from eighteen months ago now appears wrong. He declared that he will avoid casting poor newcomers in future films. Instead he plans working only with established celebrities.
Director Fears Massive Financial Burden
Finally Sanoj Mishra discussed financial pressure related to the film. He said he borrowed ten crore rupees for production. Consequently he now fears the debt could ruin his life. He mentioned actor Rajpal Yadav while expressing that concern.
According to Mishra people helped Rajpal Yadav during financial trouble. However he believes nobody will support him. He claimed this happens because he identifies as a nationalist and presents truth through his films.
