Twisha Sharma Case Deepens As Giribala Singh Skips Police Notices Despite Bail Terms

Former judge Giribala Singh allegedly ignored three police notices, even after court granted conditional bail requiring investigation cooperation.

Twisha Sharma’s death case has taken another serious turn. Court had granted conditional bail to accused mother-in-law and former judge Giribala Singh. The bail condition required her cooperation in the police investigation. However, she does not appear to follow those conditions. Moreover, she has allegedly ignored the court’s direction.

Police Sent Three Notices

Police have already sent Giribala Singh three notices for questioning. Still, she has not recorded her statement so far. Reports say she has not helped police during the investigation. In fact, investigators have tried to question her several times. Yet, Giribala Singh has allegedly ignored every notice.

Bail Came With Clear Conditions

Giribala Singh received bail in Twisha Sharma’s death case on specific conditions. The court order stated that she must help the investigating officer during the probe. Additionally, she must not create unnecessary delays during the case. These conditions now carry greater importance because police claim non-cooperation.

Lawyer Releases Call List

Twisha Sharma’s family lawyer has released a list of phone numbers. According to the lawyer, Giribala Singh called these numbers after Twisha’s death. The list includes IAS-IPS officers, doctors, and several judges. This detail has added fresh suspicion around her conduct after the incident.

Forty-Six Calls Raise Suspicion

Reports say Giribala Singh made 46 calls the day after Twisha’s death. The lawyer claimed these calls raised suspicion about possible evidence concealment. The calls allegedly did not go to family members or relatives. Instead, they went to powerful people within the system.

Action May Follow

The case may now move toward further action against Giribala Singh. Police believe she has not joined the investigation properly. Therefore, her alleged failure to follow bail terms could create legal trouble. Meanwhile, the call list has brought new attention to the case.
