RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav earlier removed Tej Pratap Yadav from the family home over his reported relationship with Anushka Yadav. Additionally, the party suspended him for six years. Now, tensions rise again as Anushka’s brother Akash Yadav approaches the court. Consequently, the matter reached hearing on Thursday.
Alleged forced entry at Patliputra flat raises dispute
Akash Yadav stated that on June 6, Tej Pratap Yadav arrived at his Patliputra flat. Moreover, he came along with his personal assistant Motilal Yadav. According to the complaint, they attempted to enter the house forcibly. At that time, Akash was not present as he had travelled to Khatu Shyam.
Family members allegedly threatened during confrontation
Furthermore, Akash claimed that the accused tried to break the door during the incident. They also reportedly created chaos while demanding to meet his niece Ujjaini. Additionally, Akash alleged that Motilal Yadav called him and issued threats over the phone. Subsequently, another caller identified as Mohit allegedly claimed links to Lawrence Bishnoi and warned him.
Call records submitted as evidence in court case
Akash Yadav submitted recorded phone calls as evidence in court. Meanwhile, he had earlier applied for an FIR on June 10 at Patliputra police station. However, police accepted the application but did not register the FIR. Therefore, he filed a case in Patna Civil Court on June 17.
Court hearing begins amid growing political attention
Following registration, the court conducted a hearing on Thursday. Now, attention shifts to Tej Pratap Yadav’s response in the case. As a result, the controversy surrounding him has intensified once again in political and legal circles.
