A TCS Nashik employee has made serious allegations of harassment, coercion, and humiliation within his workplace.
According to his statement to India Today, he claimed colleagues forced him into religious practices repeatedly. Moreover, he alleged that harassment escalated into deeply personal and offensive remarks.
Notably, one accused allegedly told him to “send his wife” if he wanted a child.
Allegations Linked to Ongoing FIR Cases
Meanwhile, these claims emerged after multiple FIRs from women employees at the same branch.
Earlier, a 23-year-old employee accused Danish Sheikh of attempting forced physical contact and marriage pressure. Furthermore, she alleged that Tausif Akhtar and HR executive Nida Khan made objectionable religious remarks.
Consequently, police deployed undercover women officers to investigate the matter thoroughly.
Authorities have arrested the accused along with several others. Additionally, police registered nine cases based on complaints from multiple women employees.
Religious Identity Became a Target
The male employee stated that harassment began in 2022 soon after joining the company.
He alleged that Tausif Akhtar and Danish Sheikh targeted him due to his beliefs.
Being a follower of Ramdas Swami, he wore a rudraksha mala regularly. However, he claimed colleagues mocked Hindu beliefs and questioned religious figures frequently.
Moreover, he alleged that they pressured him to eat non-vegetarian food despite strict vegetarian practices.
During Eid 2023, he claimed Tausif forced him to wear a skullcap and offer namaz. Furthermore, he alleged that photographs were shared in official groups to humiliate him.
Personal Attacks and Threats Intensified
The victim further claimed repeated mockery over his childless marriage. He alleged that colleagues made offensive suggestions involving his wife despite medical treatment. When he protested, tensions escalated sharply at the workplace. He claimed Tausif threw a table fan and issued death threats.
Additionally, he accused others, including Shah Rukh and Raza Memon, of inappropriate remarks toward female employees. He also stated that colleagues linked his father’s paralytic condition to religious conversion pressure.
Continued Harassment and Alleged Motive
The employee claimed harassment continued until March 23, 2026. He alleged that colleagues initially behaved friendly before revealing their intent gradually. According to him, they repeatedly forced him to recite the kalma and remove his rudraksha mala.
When he resisted, he claimed they filed false complaints to remove him from the company.
He believes the group aimed to mentally break him for conversion.
