After securing bail, Raushan Anand exited jail on Monday, 15 June 2026. Immediately after release, he questioned the functioning of Patna Police. He asked how the administration became so weak in handling cases.
Additionally, he compared arrest timelines in multiple high-profile incidents.
Allegations of Unequal Police Action and Delay Claims
Raushan Anand claimed police arrested him within six hours of the incident. However, he said Faisal Khan remained free even after 72 hours. Consequently, he raised doubts over fairness in police investigation procedures.
Moreover, he alleged political protection for Faisal Khan.
Narco Test Demand and Corruption Accusations
Raushan Anand demanded a narco test for Faisal Khan. He also accused Patna Police of being influenced or compromised. Furthermore, he alleged that money was spent at Kadamkuan police station.
According to him, crores were spent to influence his arrest proceedings.
Brother’s Death in Nepal Becomes Core Issue
Meanwhile, his brother Prince Yadav died under suspicious circumstances in Nepal. His final rites were scheduled to take place in Saharsa. Raushan Anand declared he would not return home until justice arrives.
Instead, he stated he will fight until justice is delivered.
Coercion Claims and Coaching Centre Statement
Later, he visited his coaching centre in Patna and addressed media again. He claimed a guard statement was taken under pressure. Additionally, he said the guard worked at his coaching centre.
He insisted he also paid wages to that guard.
Reference to BPSC Movement and Past Allegations
Furthermore, he referred to the BPSC protest episode in his statement. He alleged Faisal Khan previously claimed to have evidence but never produced it.
Therefore, he questioned credibility and accused him of repeated false claims.
Demand for CBI Investigation and Postmortem
Raushan Anand urged government intervention for a CBI investigation.
He also demanded a second postmortem in his brother’s case. Additionally, he accused Faisal Khan of conspiracy with a room owner. He claimed multiple teachers suffered due to similar alleged actions.
Finally, he appealed to media for support in his fight for justice.
