The Parliament Secretariat has taken a strict view on protest methods inside the complex. According to sources, the move followed Pappu Yadav’s priest-style demonstration near Makar Dwar.
The independent MP from Purnia arrived wearing a priest’s outfit during a protest linked to the Ram Temple donation issue. The Secretariat indicated that such costume-based or dramatic demonstrations may not receive permission inside Parliament.
Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha Speaker reportedly expressed displeasure over the incident. Authorities are preparing to enforce existing protest guidelines more strictly.

Additionally, Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav placed the donation box near Pappu Yadav. Later, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi donated money into the box.
Several other MPs also contributed money during the symbolic protest. Through the act, opposition members demanded discussion and accountability over the issue.
During the demonstration, Pappu Yadav placed the donated money into his pocket. Through this action, he attempted to represent allegations of donation theft.
Later, several opposition members surrounded him while chanting slogans like “chor-chor” and “chadhava chor”.
Leaders Demand Discussion Over Temple Donation Allegations
Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad said the issue has become a national discussion. He added that Akhilesh Yadav started this fight.
According to Prasad, people of Ayodhya gave them responsibility to continue raising the matter. He said Ayodhya represents Lord Ram’s sacred land.
Furthermore, Prasad stated that if Ayodhya faced disrespect, they would strongly raise the issue. He also demanded discussion in Parliament.
Samajwadi Party MP Dharmendra Yadav also spoke about the donation issue. He alleged that devotees did not receive receipts while making offerings.
He claimed that money was taken before reaching donation boxes. He also alleged CCTV cameras recorded 70 irregularity videos within days.
According to Dharmendra Yadav, old footage was later deleted. He described the protest as symbolic and aimed at highlighting alleged issues in Ayodhya.
Opposition members also raised slogans against Delhi Police action on protesting students. They demanded Home Minister Amit Shah’s resignation.
Dharmendra Yadav alleged that donation money went to BJP, RSS, and VHP-linked people. He also claimed the issue started after the temple trust formation in 2020.
