The Akasa Air flight QP 1406 was scheduled to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad. Meanwhile, the SpiceJet aircraft B737-700 had arrived from Leh earlier.

Impact Causes Damage But No Injuries

The incident occurred near Terminal 1 during aircraft positioning on the ground. Akasa Air’s plane remained stationary after pushback at that moment. However, the SpiceJet aircraft moved while taxiing and collided with the other plane.
