Samastipur Incident Sparks Political Clash As Chirag Paswan Demands Strict Action

Union Minister Chirag Paswan reacted to the Samastipur molestation case and demanded strict legal action against every accused involved

After the Samastipur molestation incident, Union Minister Chirag Paswan reacted strongly. He called the incident shameful and unfortunate. Paswan said criminals have become confident enough to target girls openly. He added that such behaviour remains a concern for everyone.

Chirag Paswan Demands Strict Action Against Accused

Chirag Paswan said four accused have already been arrested. However, he demanded that action should not stop there. He requested Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary to identify every person involved. Furthermore, he asked authorities to ensure strict legal action against all accused.

Paswan also demanded an encounter similar to the Jamui case. He said the accused in the Samastipur incident should face similar action.

MP Shambhavi Chaudhary Reacts To Samastipur Incident

Meanwhile, MP Shambhavi Chaudhary called the incident highly condemnable and unfortunate. She said the team received information about the matter late at night. After receiving details, she said they stayed in contact with police officials and administration. She confirmed that four accused had been arrested.

According to Shambhavi Chaudhary, no compromise can happen regarding women’s safety and respect. She added that authorities must ensure strict legal action.

Tejashwi Yadav Targets Samrat Chaudhary Government

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav also reacted after the Jamui and Samastipur incidents. He demanded Samrat Chaudhary’s resignation if he stood by his words. Tejashwi referred to an earlier statement by Samrat Chaudhary about reels. He criticised comments related to making or avoiding reels. Furthermore, he alleged that serious matters were being treated casually. He claimed some ministers might call such incidents isolated cases.

Tejashwi accused the government of failing on law and order. He questioned the absence of BJP leaders during the situation. He also criticised Samrat Chaudhary’s leadership and claimed public anger was increasing. Tejashwi said people were expressing dissatisfaction with the government.
