Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath targeted opposition parties during a Pratapgarh development programme. Meanwhile, he addressed projects worth more than ₹384 crore through inauguration and foundation ceremonies.

Accordingly, Yogi accused Congress and Samajwadi Party of lacking fresh issues. He said both parties use caste and faith-based politics to divide society.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister claimed Congress once questioned Lord Ram and Lord Krishna’s existence. However, he said the party now presents itself as religious.

CM Raises Questions Over Opposition’s Faith Stand

Yogi alleged that previous Congress governments used funds meant for religious site restoration on graveyards. Additionally, he accused those governments of ordering action against Ram devotees.

Therefore, the Chief Minister stated that the country would not fall under Congress and Samajwadi Party influence again.

Meanwhile, he discussed the Ram Temple donation controversy and criticised opposition reactions.

SIT Investigation Already Underway, Says Yogi

According to Yogi Adityanath, opposition parties are using the alleged donation theft issue to target Hindu faith. However, he said authorities already formed an SIT for investigation.

Additionally, he repeated that the SIT would reveal the complete truth through its findings.

Furthermore, Yogi questioned why Congress and Samajwadi Party remain silent on alleged Waqf land irregularities. He said such lands should support poor and weaker sections.

CM Questions Past Actions Against Religious Sentiments

Yogi alleged that Congress and Samajwadi Party avoid discussing alleged Waqf land misuse. Moreover, he questioned whether Hindu sentiments remained unaffected when Ram and Krishna faced criticism.

Additionally, he mentioned incidents involving Ram devotees, Kanwar Yatra restrictions, and Krishna Janmashtami events. He claimed opposition parties remained silent during those situations.

Pratapgarh Development Journey Highlighted By CM

During the programme, Yogi described Pratapgarh as a historic and cultural region. He said the district contributed during the first freedom struggle of 1857.

Furthermore, he remembered personalities like Pandit Munishwar Dutt Upadhyay, Babu Lal Gaur, and Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

The Chief Minister said Pratapgarh earlier counted among backward districts. However, he added that the region now moves rapidly towards development.

Yogi Lists Government Work Since 2017

Yogi claimed farmers faced suicide pressures before 2017, while youth migrated for opportunities. Additionally, he said women lacked safety and poor families struggled for justice.

Furthermore, he compared the earlier “one district, one mafia” situation with his government’s “one district, one medical college” approach.

He said Pratapgarh received a medical college and now gets a nursing college foundation project. Moreover, he highlighted stronger connectivity through the Ganga Expressway.

Government Schemes and Employment Opportunities Mentioned

Yogi stated that his government follows the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas”. Additionally, he said people received housing, free treatment, and gas cylinder facilities.

Furthermore, he mentioned 60,000 police recruitments that provided opportunities for Pratapgarh youth. He also highlighted success in Uttar Pradesh recruitment examinations.

The Chief Minister alleged previous governments sold jobs and allowed influence in recruitment processes. However, he said current systems provide fair opportunities.

Finally, Yogi claimed Uttar Pradesh’s progress and rising employment opportunities create discomfort among opposition parties.
