Nagpur case involving Air Force officer’s wife
The incident involves the wife of an Indian Air Force officer in Nagpur. She alleges that the accused drugged her before the assault. She also claims they recorded obscene videos during the crime. The accused later used these videos for blackmail. She further alleges they extorted lakhs of rupees from her. She also states that pressure mounted on her to change her religion.
Arrests made and investigation continues
Police arrested Aayaz Madare and Amin Sheikh after the complaint. However, Hazarat Maulana from Madhya Pradesh remains absconding. The victim’s husband serves in the Indian Air Force. He is currently posted in another city. The complaint reached police after she informed him. Police registered the case at Sonegaon station.
How the alleged crime began
Police reports say the accused contacted her in February 2025. He approached her under a plot purchase discussion. He then called her to a hotel on Wardha Road. There she alleges she drank a spiked beverage. She lost consciousness and the assault followed. The accused also filmed the incident without consent.

The complaint states the accused used recorded videos for blackmail. They allegedly assaulted her multiple times afterward. She claims they extorted Rs 3.09 lakh from her. She also reports pressure to follow religious practices. Threats and coercion continued through the video material.
Forced conversion allegations surface
In May 2025, she was taken to Kalmeshwar. She met Amin Sheikh and Hazarat Maulana there. They took her to a secluded location. She alleges they performed rituals there. They declared her religious conversion complete. She also claims another assault attempt followed.
Police case and legal action
Police registered the case after her husband returned home. They added charges of rape and extortion. Authorities also included forced conversion attempt in the FIR. They applied Maharashtra law on harmful practices and black magic. Investigation continues with multiple agencies involved.
