The clip captures a staff member cleaning dishes inside a toilet. Furthermore, a basket filled with plates sat atop the toilet seat. A passenger asked the worker his name, who replied as Suresh. Meanwhile, another attendant appeared outside, initially claiming ignorance. However, the passenger angrily pointed out that food was being served after washing inside the toilet. Additionally, the attendant admitted that normally plates are not cleaned this way.
