What the Video Shows
The clip captures a staff member cleaning dishes inside a toilet. Furthermore, a basket filled with plates sat atop the toilet seat. A passenger asked the worker his name, who replied as Suresh. Meanwhile, another attendant appeared outside, initially claiming ignorance. However, the passenger angrily pointed out that food was being served after washing inside the toilet. Additionally, the attendant admitted that normally plates are not cleaned this way.

Social media users condemned the incident, highlighting lapses in catering standards. One user remarked that this explained why people fall sick after eating train meals. Another criticized Indian Railways for prioritizing fare hikes over hygiene. Some mentioned staff overwork and limited resources, while most considered the episode a result of gross negligence.
