A disturbing case has emerged from a major IT firm in Nashik. A young woman has accused three colleagues of harassment and intimidation. According to her statement, the situation began with a job opportunity. However, it later turned into alleged coercion and exploitation.

How the Connection Began

The survivor said she first met the main accused, Danish Shaikh, in January 2022. Both studied in the same college earlier. Therefore, he offered to help her secure a job at his workplace. Gradually, they developed a friendship through regular meetings.

Allegations of Coercion and Pressure

By July 2022, the situation reportedly changed significantly. The survivor alleged that during a meeting, Danish forcibly pulled her and kissed her. Despite resistance, he continued his actions. After that, he proposed marriage, but she chose to delay her response.

Workplace Interaction Continued

Soon after, she joined the same company following his suggestion. However, their interaction continued inside the workplace. She stated that co-accused Tosif Akhtar and Nida Khan were often present during these interactions.

Allegations Beyond Harassment

The survivor further alleged intimidation, forced intimacy, and threats. She also claimed attempts to pressure her into religious conversion. Additionally, she mentioned blackmail and threats related to private photos.
