Modi said Congress targets him by insulting armed forces. Moreover, he mentioned surgical strikes and air strikes. He said Congress always supported enemy agendas indirectly. Furthermore, he referenced Operation Sindoor during his speech.
He stated Indian forces forced Pakistan to surrender within hours. However, he claimed Congress supported narratives favoring Pakistan. Therefore, he said Congress followed tunes written by Pakistan.

Pakistan Connection Allegation
Modi alleged Congress leaders maintain links with Pakistan. Therefore, he said this connection harms the country repeatedly. Moreover, he cited One Rank One Pension as an example.
He said Congress promised OROP earlier with ₹500 reference. However, he claimed BJP delivered actual benefits to soldiers. Therefore, he credited his government for supporting armed forces.
Infiltration And Law Debate
Modi accused Congress of supporting infiltrators openly. Moreover, he said Congress opposes action against illegal occupation. He claimed Congress plans a law restricting use of the term infiltrator.
Furthermore, he said Congress may declare infiltrators as victims legally. Therefore, he warned such policies could affect Assam negatively.
Farmers And Development Claims
Modi said Congress promotes corruption through narrow thinking. Meanwhile, he claimed BJP focuses on long-term development plans. Moreover, he stated Congress now holds power in only few states.
He said Congress avoids presenting work details. However, BJP ensures farmer prosperity through direct benefit transfers. Therefore, he claimed NDA remains farmers’ first choice.
Repeated Allegations
Modi again accused Congress of betraying the army. Moreover, he said Congress refused to implement OROP earlier. Therefore, he repeated claims about Congress aligning with Pakistan’s stance.
