Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi acknowledged the AI Impact Summit‘s significance during a conversation. Specifically, she told ANI that it remains “an important summit for our country” indeed. Moreover, she emphasized the event’s potential to create systems for youth empowerment through technology. Furthermore, Chaturvedi highlighted how technology can be leveraged to overcome human failures effectively.

Misinformation in Pavilions Called Shameful

However, Chaturvedi raised serious concerns about content displayed at certain pavilions during the event. Specifically, she stated that “some pavilions were misleading and misinformation was shameful” to ANI. Moreover, she emphasized that such inaccuracies undermined the summit’s credibility and educational purpose significantly. Furthermore, the MP stressed that these lapses could have been avoided with proper planning.

Indeed, Chaturvedi told ANI that advance curation would have prevented these embarrassing errors entirely. Specifically, she stated “This could have been avoided if you had curated every pavilion.” Moreover, she suggested that organizers should have reviewed what each pavilion would display beforehand. Therefore, proper quality control mechanisms would have caught factual errors before the summit began.

Crowd and Traffic Management Failures

Additionally, Chaturvedi highlighted significant difficulties in managing crowds and traffic around Bharat Mandapam venue. Specifically, she told ANI that “there were also difficulties in managing the crowd and traffic.” Moreover, she pointed out that attendees faced challenges navigating the venue due to planning. Furthermore, traffic congestion created unnecessary delays and frustration for participants attending the global event.

Indeed, Chaturvedi emphasized that these logistical issues were avoidable with better advance planning measures. Specifically, she stated to ANI that “This could have been addressed as well” clearly. Consequently, better coordination and infrastructure planning would have enhanced the overall visitor experience significantly. Therefore, organizers should have anticipated high footfall and prepared accordingly before the summit started.

Call for Better Planning

Chaturvedi’s feedback to ANI focused on concrete improvements needed for future technology summits. Specifically, she emphasized the importance of content verification and proper curation before any event. Moreover, her criticism highlighted that operational excellence matters as much as ambitious vision matters. Furthermore, she stressed that India must maintain high standards when hosting international events globally.
