Earlier, Bhaker qualified for the final after securing third position in the qualification round. Although she started slowly there, she made a strong comeback later.

Furthermore, India also missed a shooting team medal. The team finished jointly at fourth position in the event.

Meanwhile, India’s women’s kabaddi team defeated Iran 37-23 on Wednesday. The team controlled the match throughout and never allowed Iran to take the lead.
