The Uttar Pradesh government announced changes in the postings of five PCS officers. The reshuffle includes officials connected with Prayagraj, Varanasi, Firozabad, Lucknow and Kanpur. Satyam Mishra, former Additional District Magistrate (City) of Prayagraj, received the role of Chief Executive Officer, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Special Area Development Council, Varanasi.
Recently, the previous CEO of Kashi Vishwanath Temple received a transfer order. Meanwhile, Manglesh Dubey, Deputy Director Consolidation, Prayagraj, received additional charge as Additional District Magistrate (City), Prayagraj. Arvind Kumar Dwivedi, who served as Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Firozabad, became Joint Secretary at Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), Lucknow.
Additionally, Seema Pandey, former Additional Municipal Commissioner, Varanasi Municipal Corporation, received appointment as Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Firozabad. The government also cancelled Abhay Kumar Pandey’s transfer order for Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue), Kasganj. He will continue at Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur.
Who Is New Kashi Vishwanath Temple CEO Satyam Mishra?
Satyam Mishra belongs to Hardoi and joined the PCS batch of 2016. Before becoming CEO, he served in several important administrative roles across Uttar Pradesh. He worked as Deputy Collector in Bareilly, Ghazipur, Maharajganj and Chitrakoot.
Furthermore, Mishra served as City Magistrate in Rampur and Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) in Moradabad. Before receiving the Kashi Vishwanath Temple responsibility, he worked as Additional District Magistrate (City) in Prayagraj.
