Manav Suthar delivered the biggest individual performance of the match. The spinner claimed 10 wickets during his second Test appearance. He collected six wickets in Sri Lanka’s second innings alone. His overall match tally reached 10 wickets.
Sri Lanka eventually collapsed for 206 runs. That result handed India a convincing 165-run victory. Meanwhile, Suthar’s outstanding performance became the defining moment of the contest.
