“The video has been misinterpreted. It was not a confrontation with a customer. It was an argument with the husband of a female colleague who worked at the same branch as me,” Singh clarified in her statement.

Singh further explained that the man came to her desk, where he threatened to “teach her a lesson.” He allegedly said, “Mai tumhari hekdi nikal dunga. Mai tumhari saari garmi nikal dunga” (I will break your arrogance. I will remove all your pride).

In her video, Singh stated that the confrontation led her to lose her composure. “Yes, my words were wrong. I am aware that I am in public service, and I should measure my words carefully. But if someone threatens me, I will not tolerate it,” Singh remarked firmly.
